Things got a little confusing when Nive Nielson and the Deer Children stopped by for Dickies Plinko. Old band names, Jay-Z wishes, and Greenlandic dirty limericks were the topics today...what?

Today's Dickies, SXSW performance is slightly different than what we have normally been posting, thanks to Wallpaper. The power trio turned their big club banging tune, "#STUPiDFACEDD," into a gently swaying, background music while you’re eating dinner type piece. Enjoy.

Baltimore's Wye Oak is next up on our list of exclusive performances at the Dickies House during the 2011 SXSW Festival.
The duo turned down the intensity on their tune "Civilian" for Dickies, causing us to focus on the intimate lyrics and interesting contrast of a constant war drum like beat and the light acoustic guitar.

New York's Monogold stripped down their experimental indie sounds for an exclusive performance at the Dickies House during the 2011 SXSW Festival.
