You should already know by now that Taking Back Sunday has had an interesting few months.  They're the new/old band, but definitely with a lot of excitement and anticipation to put out their next record.  They're currently in Los Angeles fine tuning all the new tunes they've spent the past months creating and pretty soon, as they say, they will "hit record."  Whether you were a fan from the very beginning or just learning about them now, we have no doubt people will be listning to the new/old Taking Back Sunday.

San Francisco's The Ferocious Few just kicked off their mini tour this past Friday and will be going strong till October.  If you're in any of these cities, be sure to catch them!  Also, check out a clip of their live set as they performed "Lord Save My Soul".  Their debut album Juices is out now on Birdman Records.

Mike Moonves of Chief takes the time to answer our Q&A while he's on the road.  They've got a handful of dates in Europe now, but catch them back in the States in October.  

Q: Touring is a big part of a musician’s job nowadays, any advice for artists getting into their first years of touring?
A: Advice for touring is a mellow atmosphere. The road can be super intense for bands because its a chance for them to spend every waking moment with the people in their band, which can be fun but also be hectic at times. If there is laughter and a sense of adventure in the air, the tour becomes a summer trip with your friends, not a business endeavor. Also, bring an audio book. We're just about...
